Niko replaces nexa on the OG roster

OG has announced the replacement of Nexa on the CS:GO roster. Nexa will be on the club's bench after leaving the active roster for personal reasons.

Danish-born niko will be OG's replacement. How long OG will play with the stand-in has not been announced by the club.

The 25-year-old nexa joined OG in January 2022. Together with the club he finished in the top 4 of the BLAST Premier: Spring Finals 2022 and was one of the winners of the BLAST Premier: Fall Groups 2022.

Niko had been on the bench of OG since May 2022, and on January 1st, 2023, it was announced that the player's contract with OG had expired and that he had left the club. For the next month and a half, Niko was unable to find a new team to play for.

OG's first tournament with the new roster will be the BLAST.tv Paris Major 2023 European RMR Qualifier B. Matches start on February 16th.
