Crownfall Update Released in Dota 2

The company has released an update for the Dota 2 client.

New content has been added to the game, including a comic and the first of four events. Dota 2 also received cosmetic items: 2 treasure chests, as well as Arcanas for Skywrath Mage and Vengeful Spirit.

However, the game did not receive a gameplay patch with balance changes. In addition, the previously announced hero Ringmaster did not appear in the game along with the first part of Crownfall.

Valve has not officially commented on when the next gameplay patch will be released.
