PGL Announces At Least 8 Tournaments With $1 Million Prize Pools Each

Tournament operator PGL has announced its plans for 2024-2026. PGL has revealed the organization of at least 8 Dota 2 tournaments.

It is planned that each tournament will have a prize pool of $1 million. In 2024, the dates for two events are already known: May 10-19 and November 15-24. Both tournaments will feature both closed regional qualifiers and open qualifiers.

In 2025 and 2026, PGL plans to hold 3 tournaments each year. These tournaments will take place in March, April, and November of the respective year.

Qualifiers for PGL Wallachia, the operator's first tournament, will take place March 21-24 (open qualifiers) and March 25-28 (closed qualifiers). The main stage of the tournament will be held at the PGL studio in Bucharest.
