G2 Esports Sign Aleksib and XTQZZZ
G2 Esports have announced several changes in their roster. The team parted ways with two players – with 28-years-old French player François "AMANEK" Delaunay and with 24-years-old Serbian player Nemanja "nexa" Isaković . Both of them had been part of G2 since 2019.
To replace nexa in the team’s leading role, the organization signed 24-years-old Finnish player Aleksi "Aleksib" Virolainen, who for the last two years has been part of OG. The organization also acquired 28-years-old French coach Rémy "XTQZZZ" Quoniam, who earlier worked with Team Vitality.
Thus G2 Esports, who earlier this month acquired 16-years-old Russian player Ilya "m0NESY" Osipov from NAVI Junior, have concluded the update of their roster. The first challenge for the roster will be BLAST Premier: Spring Groups 2022, which begins later this week. There the team will compete in Group A alongside Complexity, BIG and NIP.
