<p>Today, in a regular season match of Kontinental Hockey League, Dynamo Moscow defeated Admiral Vladivostok with the 4:1 score. The game took place on the Admiral's home stadium. 
The Dynamo’s captain Vadim Shipachyov made an impactful assist to Dmitrij Jaškin, which allowed him to become the first player in KHL who achieved 20 helpers per season. Currently Shipachyov is on top of the KHL leader board with 7 goals and 20 assists. </p>
<p>Kyrill Kaprizov, CSKA Moscow’s forward, occupies the second place of the leader board – he falls 6 points behind Shipachyov. Vladimir Tkachyov from SKA Saint Petersburg is placed third – the player has the same amount of points as Kaprizov, however he has a bigger number of games played. </p>
<p>Shipachyov, who is currently 32-years-old, has been playing for Dynamo Moscow since 2018. During his first season, the forward managed to set over a dozen club records. Among other things, Shypachyov set the club's record in points during a regular KHL season: in the 2018/19 season, he scored 76 points (21+55), beating the previous record of the Swede player Mattias Weinhandl (60 points in the 2009/10 season).</p>
<p>Recently, playing against Amur Khabarovsk, he became the fastest player in the KHL history, scoring 100 points representing Dynamo Moscow. The forward achieved this title after playing for the club in 93 matches. </p>

<h1>Kosheckhin Got his Neck Wounded by a Skate</h1>
<p>The Russian goaltender Vasily Koshechkin, who is currently playing for Metallurg Magnitogorsk, was injured during a match in the Kontinental Hockey League. The athlete’s neck was wounded by a skate. </p> 
<h5>What Happened</h5>
<p>The incident happened during a game between Metallurg Magnitogorsk and Ak Bars Kazan, which was held on October 23rd. </p> 
<p>On the 14th minute of the match his teammate fell on ice and accidently wounded the goaltender’s neck. As a result, Koshechkin immediately started to bleed. </p> 
<p>Due to the injury, the 36-years-old Olympic champion was forced to leave the rink.  First, the doctors put him on the bench, and then took him away from the arena. The athlete was replaced by another goaltender, Stanislav Galimov. </p>
<p>Fortunately, the wound was not very serious.  Thanks to the prompt medical aid, Koshechkin was able to return to the rink and continue the game as if nothing happened. </p>
<h5>Other Injuries</h5>
<p>Vasily Koshechkin was not the only athlete to get hurt. During the third period, a forward player of Ak Bars Kazan Vladimir Tkachyov ran up against one of his opponents and fell on ice. </p>
<p>The doctors had to take him away by stretcher. He undergone a thorough medical check-up in a hospital. Fortunately, there were no life threatening injures found. Currently the athlete is mentally alert and getting rest in the hospital. </p>

<p>After an overtime the match between the teams finished in a draw. Metallurg Magnitogorsk managed to beat their opponents by one goal in the penalty shootout. It should be mentioned that this is the third victory for the team in a row. </p>

<p>The next match of Metallurg Magnitogorsk is scheduled for October 25th. The team will face Avtomobilist Yekaterinburg.
